- Description
- Case manager assist youth in navigating various parts of the social system, including education, employment, housing, income supports, legal and immigration
Additional supports available for pregnant individuals and young parents - Eligibility
- Youth of 16-29 years who are homeless, or couch surfing with friends, low income, in or out of school, living with emotional and mental health issues and/or substance use * youth immigrants or refugees
Residency Requirements: College St (north) to Lake Ontario (south), Dovercourt Rd (west) to Yonge St (east) * medical services without Ontario Health Insurance - Dupont St (north) to Lake Ontario (south), Dovercourt Rd (west) to Yonge St (east) * Homeless and indigenous youth are not bound by catchment area - Application Process
