- Variety of programs for seniors in the community
Gentle Fitness for Seniors - Increase fitness levels, gain more energy by flexibility training led by a certified fitness instructor * learn about health, wellness and nutrition
Shopping Trips - This program is currently suspended. A program called Grocery Delivery Program has been initiated. Run a shuttle bus, for seniors and those with disability and mobility issues, for grocery shopping to No Frills located at Queensway and Royal York * participants are picked up and returned to their home * the cost of the bus is a donation to the Health Centre. - Eligibility
- Older adults of 55 years of age and older
Residency Requirements: Eglinton Ave W (north) to Queen Elizabeth Way (south), Kipling Ave (west) to Humber River (east). See Map - Application Process
