4-week program with training and support to improve foundational and transferrable skills to access sustainable employment, it includes:
  • skills upgrading in customer services and office administration
  • job readiness preparation
  • digital skills training
  • self care, personal development and social support
Eligibility
Adults 45 years and older, who are
  • Canadian citizen, permanent resident or Convention refugee
  • unemployed for 1 year or more
  • Ontario Works recipient
  • must be referred by your Ontario Works caseworker
