Adult Day Programs
Including centre-based recreational, motivational and therapeutic activities for adults with physical and/or cognitive disabilities- in-person and virtual drop-in for independent adults

Case Management, Information and Referrals
Assistance for adults 55 years and older in navigating health and social service systems, planning and coordinating service- help arranging health services, home supports, transportation, meals
- form filing, including rental applications, tax filing, completing CPP and other income support applications

Health and Wellness Centre for Seniors
In-person and virtual drop-in programs for independent adults- social, recreation and exercise programs

Home Support Services
On-site personal care and support services, including home help, respite care, and assisted living for seniors to remain independent in their own home;- light housekeeping
- short-term and long-term personal care services
- caregiver relief and support

Meals on Wheels
Meal delivery, includes safety and wellness checks, hot meals, frozen meals, fruit and vegetables- Ukrainian and Italian meals available
Transportation Services
Part of Toronto Ride program, includes door-to-door assisted rides for frail seniors and/or adults with disabilities - Eligibility
