- Eligibility
- Youth age 14-35 experiencing signs and symptoms of what may be early psychosis and living within the service boundaries; may also be homeless and have problems with drugs or alcohol
Residency Requirements: Bloor St E/Danforth Ave (north) to Lake Ontario (south), Yonge St (west) to Victoria Park Ave (east) - Application Process
