Early intervention program for youth experiencing a first episode of psychosis

  • intensive case management, referral to community services
  • family education and support
Eligibility
Youth age 14-35 experiencing signs and symptoms of what may be early psychosis and living within the service boundaries; may also be homeless and have problems with drugs or alcohol
Residency Requirements: Bloor St E/Danforth Ave (north) to Lake Ontario (south), Yonge St (west) to Victoria Park Ave (east)

Apply through Access Point, call 416-640-1934 or 1-888-640-1934 or visit www.theaccesspoint.ca to complete application; can also be referred by psychiatrist in the Mental Health and Addictions Services
