Description

Full-time paid employment preparation program for youth, offering 5 weeks of training with opportunity to access a job placement of up to 8 weeks

  • group and one-to-one job coaching
  • access to individualized case management support
  • ongoing support



Program delivered at West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre and Arab Community Centre of Toronto

Eligibility
  • youth 15-30 years of age
  • Canadian citizens, permanent residents, protected persons as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act who are legally entitled to work in Canada


  • Residency requirement: Resident of Toronto
Application Process
Self referral or referral from employment service programs, schools and social service agencies ; apply directly to service agency delivering program: West Scarborough Neighborhood Community Centre in Scarborough or Arab Community Centre of Toronto in Etobicoke
