- main offices and 24/7 residential programs remain open with social distancing in effect
- will respond to calls and let individuals know which specific services are available
- all social resource centres and drop-in programs and groups such as Routes, Pathways and Women's Groups are suspended unless you have been notified they are taking place online or over the phone
- non-essential in-person appointments are limited or rescheduled
- service users should contact case worker at their extension or call CMHA Toronto reception at 416-789-7957 if they have a scheduled appointment, or if they are scheduled or due for an injection, or need help but are not in crisis
Range of community support services including information and referrals, case management, early intervention, assertive community treatment, employment and housing services, family support services, health and wellness groups (including social rehabilitation), mental health and justice programs, and education and mental health promotion (including workshops for individuals and organizations), publications, and systemic advocacy

8-week course using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)- individuals develop skills and strategies to deal with stress, anxiety, and/or life transitions and challenges
