Anger Management Program -- individual sessions and intakes telephonically, some groups via video conferencing

Record Suspension (Pardons) Service -- intakes continuing

Anger and Substance Abuse Program -- telephonic service

Community Residential Facilities -- full operation

Crossroads Day Reporting Centre -- providing telephonic service, staff onsite minimum of 2 times per week

Community Justice Program and Court Referral Service -- court has been suspended but some telephonic services

Institutional Services -- most services suspended but pen-pal services continue as well as receipt of calls via toll-free number and via collect calls at all locations

Relapse Prevention Program -- telephone services only

Lakeshore Services -- staff onsite on rotating basis * harm reduction supplies provided with social distancing practices in place * continue to serve people released from custody to provide overdose prevention, Naloxone, sleeping bags, TTC tokens, hygiene kits, clothes and snacks (as supplies dictate) * client access to space limited

Partner Assault Response program -- intakes continue * those with 2 sessions remaining completing program telephonically * new referrals receiving telephone support and placed on program wait list * some groups being held online * increase partner contact

Housing Support Services -- telephone case management for all housing programs * landlord support available * new intakes by phone * staff on rotating schedule and visits to supportive housing/congregate living settings continue

Youth Programs -- telephone services at required * can deliver workshops and/or provide guest speakers virtually

Harm Reduction Network (education) -- workshops suspended

Harm reduction supplies continue to be provided via limited contact and client access to office at Eglinton/Oakwood
