Integrated psychiatric day treatment program- outpatient psychotherapy and group programming from 4-12 weeks
- includes cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), mindfulness, and wellness recovery action plan (WRAP)
- psychoeducation, skill building and coaching
- psychiatric follow-up
- consultation available for psychiatry, psychology, occupational therapy, pharmacy, recreational therapy and peer support

- Adults with a diagnosis of primary diagnosis of mood and/or anxiety disorder, and concurrent substance use disorder, trauma and/or borderline personality disorder -- varies by program
