Food Bank
By appointment, Tue-Fri 10 am-12 noon, 1 pm-3 pm
  • grocery bags available once every 2 weeks by family size
  • proof of address, recent monthly income, and photo ID for client profile members required
  • available to M4 and M5 postal codes only
  • assistance obtaining resources such as hygiene supplies, baby items, warm wear
  • Cornerstone Families and Bridges assists adults with grocery bags via Care Managers

Tuesday, Thursday 4 pm-5 pm, also assistance obtaining resources such as hygiene supplies, baby items, warm wear

Adult social drop-in
Includes meal, recreation programs and workshops, Bible studies

Bridges Adult Program
Chronic poverty initiative includes courses, workshops, mentoring, tutoring, case management and social events 
  • seasonal income tax clinic 
  • veterinary preventive pet care clinic for those unable to afford 
  • health promotion 
  • volunteer and employment programs
Counselling services
Professional therapy for youth, adults, couples and families unable to afford counselling, by appointment 
  • psycho-educational groups on topics such as anger management, anxiety, depression, emotional wellness 
  • Christian orientation provided as requested
Drop-in programs
Includes employment services and housing assistance

Food bank
2-3 days supply of unprepared, non-perishable food, appointment required

Women's community development
Programs include workshops, skills development, computer classes

Member of Daily Bread Food Bank, and member agency of Toronto Drop-in Network (TDIN)

  • Bridges Adult Program -- individuals 18-60 years, living with generational poverty
