Provides an environment where children, youth, adults, and community organizations work as a team to complete their goals:
- promote good citizenship and develop strategies to ensure it is maintained
- encourage and provide mentoring and educational support for underachievers and young people with learning difficulties
- mediation and support for families and/or individuals who are, or become, dysfunctional for various reasons
- stimulate critical and creative thinking
- advise and give practical support to young people who suffer adversely from exclusion and to help promote their self-esteem to its highest potential
