- Children and youth under 18 years in need of protection under the Child and Family Services Act, and their families
Child Welfare Immigration Centre of Excellence -- children and youth under 18 years who are receiving services from an Ontario CAS, including those in care and/or receiving kinship services * also youth 18 years and over that are former crown wards or receiving continued care and support from a CAS
