COVID19 - unsheltered individuals should be directed to this agency * staff are in the office and offering limited services by appointment only, through Case Manager * staff are located at the accessible door entrance, when individuals do come by
Services to individuals who are homeless and require support to be in the community * 40 beds of emergency shelter * 20 beds for individuals returning from correctional facilities * 10 units of transitional housing * 56 units of permanent housing * Emergency Motel Program for families and seniors * Community Outreach Program * Bridges Program for unsheltered individuals * physical and mental health supports

Eligibility
Males age 16 years and over in the shelter program * families from Durham Region with at least one male head of household age 16 years and over in family shelter program * permanent RGI housing and community supports based on individual assessment of each case * Note: other eligibility requirements may apply based on program
