Food Bank Services
  • full hamper once per month along with a top-up every two weeks
  • hygiene products available once every three months - full sized products provided when possible
  • three to five day supply of nutritious food and produce for families and adults
  • information on low cost meals, cooking classes, healthy living, and money saving ideas
  • limited seasonal clothing and winter wear available for children and adults while quantities last
  • referrals to community supports
Holiday Food and Toy Drive
  • holiday hampers and toys are provided to families and vulnerable adults in need
  • family sponsorships can also be coordinated
