- full hamper once per month along with a top-up every two weeks
- hygiene products available once every three months - full sized products provided when possible
- three to five day supply of nutritious food and produce for families and adults
- information on low cost meals, cooking classes, healthy living, and money saving ideas
- limited seasonal clothing and winter wear available for children and adults while quantities last
- referrals to community supports
- holiday hampers and toys are provided to families and vulnerable adults in need
- family sponsorships can also be coordinated
