- COVID19 -- Agency is still operating essential services including emergency housing and wraparound services for homeless youth

Residential Youth Homes -- Voluntary program offers combination of housing and support for youth, primarily for 16-19 years of age, facing housing crisis
Transitions -- Sources affordable market rent, community based units across York Region which are licensed out to youth participants
Housing Assistance -- Support worker for youth aged 16-26 throughout York Region- gives assistance in transitioning from one location to another, conducting housing searches, assisting with government applications, providing community referrals and information on shelters and other similar programs
- conducts intake to the 360 Kids residential programs
Supportive Transitional Apartments for Youth (STAY Program) -- 3 apartments in Markham offer a supportive affordable housing solution for 11 youth aged 16-26 transitioning to independent living - Eligibility
- Youth who are residing or have resided in York Region with focus on 13-26 years of age
