- Housing support services, including housing referrals, case management, crisis support, support with mental health issues, employment, social skills
- high and low support housing options
- in partnership with Canadian Mental Health Association, COTA Health, Houselink Community Homes (see separate listings)
- Eligibility
- Referrals from Mental Health and Justice Network agencies for youth and adults 16-64 years with mental health and addiction issues and with a history of homelessness, who are currently involved with the criminal justice system and for whom there is a likelihood of successfully integrating into the community with minimal support
