Assessment, treatment, consultation, and community follow-up

Inpatient and outpatient services, including:

  • General Geriatrics Clinic, mental health outpatient services, psychiatric consultation and follow-up
  • Geriatric Inpatient Service, acute stabilization and treatment
  • Geriatric Telemedicine Clinic, remote accessible care
  • Memory Clinic, assessment and follow-up
  • Late-Life Mood Disorder Clinic, psychiatric consultation
  • Integrated Care Pathways for Dementia, Agitation and Aggression
Eligibility
Most services, adults 60 years and older with mental health and addiction issues; Memory Clinic, adults 50 years and older; varies by specific program, contact for information or visit website

Residency Requirements: Most service, City of Toronto; Geriatric Telemedicine Clinic, Ontario
