Forms (Not Related To Immigration/Refugee) -- assistance
  • for Canada Child Benefit (CCB), Canada Pension Plan (CPP) retirement pension, Old Age Security (OAS) pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), birth, marriage and death certificates, Canadian Passport or travel documents for protected persons, etc.
Financial -- information or application assistance
  • for Ontario Works (welfare), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Legal Aid Ontario
Housing -- information or application assistance
  • about market rent, connecting with emergency shelters and information or referral to the Transitional Housing program or applying to subsidized housing
  • information or applying to the Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP), and Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)
