Free video, telephone and in-person counselling

  • Tuesday and Wednesday 4 pm-8:30 pm; registration ends at 6:15 pm
  • Tuesday in-person counselling; Wednesday video and phone counselling
  • first-come, first-served (new clients given priority)
  • call to register 416-645-6000 ext 1990, intake line open Tuesday and Wednesday 4 pm-6:30 pm - leave a voice mail message if there is no answer
  • 1-hour, same-day session
  • video counselling requires access to email, microphone, and webcam
  • wait times vary
  • all ages welcome, couple counselling available
  • health card not required
