- Ethno-Cultural Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) -- culturally competent intensive treatment for adults with serious mental illness to support recovery and the ability to live in the community; focused on the Asian and Southeast Asian populations
Mental Health Court Support Program (MHCS) -- services and support to persons in conflict with the criminal justice system because of mental illness - Eligibility
- Persons with severe and persistent mental health illness; focus on Southeast Asian, Tamil, lndigenous and Black communities
Residency requirements: Downtown Toronto (Toronto Central LHIN boundaries) - Application Process
- ACTT: by referral from Access Point; Mental Health Court Support: primarily by court, but can take referrals from defense counsel, legal clinics, mental health agencies, police, family and self-referral
