- job search support, including help with resumes, interview preparation, and applying for jobs
- one-on-one career coaching
- workplace English language training
- guidance on Canadian workplace culture and expectations
Program Features
- sector-specific training for internationally trained professionals in Healthcare, Education, Trades & Technology, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)
- attend in person or online with flexible hybrid delivery model
- build skills in workplace communication, job search strategies, and Canadian workplace culture
- mentorship and networking opportunities with employers
- transportation assistance available for eligible participants
- CLB 5-6 required (language assessments can be arranged)
- open to participants living anywhere in Ontario
- continuous intake during the first 3 weeks of each cohort
