- COVID19 -- The Substance Use Prevention and Harm Reduction Program is continuing to provide access and distribution of naloxone and other harm reduction supplies to clients and community agencies. Supports three parts of the harm reduction supplies and distribution program, including:- Naxolone distribution
- needle supplies/exchange
- safer crack/crystal meth smoking supplies

- People who use substances and their friends and families, and people who can help those with an opioid overdose
