- COVID19 -- Visitors to Long Term Care Homes are restricted to essential visitors only. An essential visitor is anyone who has a resident who is very ill or involved in end of life care. Active screening is in place for everyone accessing Long-Term Care Homes.
Private caregivers and companions are not permitted in the Homes at this time. Due to redeployment, staff are available to provide care and help residents with dining. Homes are providing residents with the care and dining assistance they require. Virtual visiting is available. For more information on re-opening, visit York Region Re-opening
100-bed long-term care home * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * families of residents can call 905-303-0133 to be automatically directed to where the resident resides - Eligibility
