York Region COVID-19 Temporary Arrears Benefit- One-time rental/mortgage or utility arrears support to eligible Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) households in York Region who, as a result of COVID-19 have not been able to pay rent or utility expenses (are currently in arrears) and are at risk of eviction
