- Community health centres, Aboriginal health access centres, AIDS service organizations, shelters, withdrawal management programs, outreach organizations, and hospitals with an emergency department or urgent care centre
- Application Process
- Eligible community agencies must sign an agreement with York Region Public Health before receiving Naloxone for distribution
