Street Outreach Van (operated by LOFT/Crosslinks) provides services at convenient locations throughout York Region- basic needs items such as food, clothing and shoes, sleeping bags, tents, tarps and blankets
- needle exchange supplies and information
- mental health and addiction resources including crisis support, intervention and prevention
- referrals to shelters and other community supports
- sexual health information and resources
- Eligibility
- People who are street involved, homeless and at risk of being homeless
