- This program aims to provide seniors suffering from an addiction with affordable stable housing alongside the provision of care management services ensuring timely access to clinical expertise and other community services to support independent living. Services available as scheduled to support independent living * program works from a harm reduction framework which aims to reduce the negative health, social and economic consequences that may ensue from the use of legal and illegal psychoactive drugs, without necessarily reducing drug use.
