- Multilingual telephone response to persons in need of immediate emotional support, crisis intervention or suicide prevention, with support on a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to):
- interpersonal relationships, including parenting
- stress or anxiety related to health or mental health
- depression or sadness
- loss and grief
- isolation and loneliness
- assault and abuse
- financial stress, work issues or job loss
- settlement, integration or relocation issues
- separation and divorce
- sexual orientation, gender identity or coming out issues
