Description
Multilingual telephone response to persons in need of immediate emotional support, crisis intervention or suicide prevention, with support on a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to):
  • interpersonal relationships, including parenting
  • stress or anxiety related to health or mental health
  • depression or sadness
  • loss and grief
  • isolation and loneliness
  • assault and abuse
  • financial stress, work issues or job loss
  • settlement, integration or relocation issues
  • separation and divorce
  • sexual orientation, gender identity or coming out issues
