Mental health assistance to adolescents and their families in the Durham Region

Counselling
Individual, family and group therapy

Quick Access Clinic
Single session counselling for adolescents 12-18 years and/or their parents/caregivers; family accompaniment welcome; contact for intake and clinic hours

Crisis Services
Community-based crisis support services including crisis line and in-person mobile response for youth and their families in non life threatening crisis that requires immediate intervention

Day Treatment
Treatment of adolescents includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
  • works with clients to develop treatment goals and needs based on admission assessment
  • focus on ways to increase success in academic setting
  • includes counselling services

Live-In Treatment
24/7 live-in programs include day treatment and counselling services
